Returns, Credits & Learning Opportunities
Returns
"Returns" is such a negative word, don't you think? We prefer to think of them as learning opportunities—chances to improve, make things right, and create even more tail-wagging customers.
First, thank you for choosing Paws Gourmet Bakery. Our goal has always been simple: create tail-wagging experiences for dogs and the people who love them. While we'd love to guarantee that every pup will adore every treat we bake, dogs are individuals with their own unique tastes and preferences. Just ask Rascal, our Sheltie, who will happily eat almost anything, and Redmond, our Collie, who firmly believes treats should be soft and chewy.
Product Breakage During Transit
We take great care in packaging every order, but shipping can occasionally be rough on treats.
If your order arrives with broken products, simply email us a photo of the damaged items within 7 days of delivery. We'll issue a store credit for the value of the damaged product that can be applied toward a future order.
Warm Weather Shipping
Our decorative coating has a melting point of approximately 102°F, but it can begin to soften when temperatures consistently reach 85°F or higher.
To help protect decorated treats during warm weather, we review destination weather forecasts at time of shipment and include Cold Packs, when required. However, those destinations greater than 4 transit days may require an upgrade to Fedex Express Saver.
Not Happy? Let's Talk.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you—or more importantly, your canine taste tester—aren't happy with your purchase, please reach out. We genuinely value customer feedback and are always looking for opportunities to improve our products, packaging, and overall experience.
To be eligible for any credit, replacement, or order adjustment, order discrepancies and delivery-related issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
