As a family-owned bakery, every email, phone call, and order is handled by a real member of the Paws Gourmet Bakery team. Our office is located right on the bakery floor, so on any given day we're likely balancing customer inquiries with baking treats, decorating cookies, packaging orders, and developing new products.

For the fastest service, we recommend contacting us by email or use the form provided below. Because our team spends much of the day actively working in production, we're often able to provide faster and more detailed responses through email than over the phone.

Our goal is to respond to all customer inquiries within one business day, and often much sooner.
